What Event Porta Potty Rental Covers
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to event porta potty rental services provided by Indiana Toilet Pros in Portage, Indiana. The agreed work may include delivering, placing, servicing, and removing portable restrooms for the event, along with any listed equipment or service visits.
Your quote or written order will describe the units, dates, site location, access needs, and tasks included. Items not listed, such as handwashing stations, accessible units, extra servicing, or holding tanks, require separate approval and may affect the charge.
The customer must provide a suitable placement area, safe vehicle access, and any required permissions. Work is subject to applicable rules, including the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, OSHA sanitation requirements at 29 CFR 1926.51 and 29 CFR 1910.141, Indiana wastewater disposal rules administered by IDEM, and Indiana State Plumbing Code, 675 IAC 16, where relevant.
Porter County or City of Portage permits may apply. We do not provide permit approval or services outside the written order.
Booking Dates, Changes, and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled after Indiana Toilet Pros receives the event details and confirms availability, delivery timing, site access, and the requested equipment. The written quote or order confirmation is the best record of the agreed schedule.
Customers should give notice as early as possible if an event date, unit count, placement location, or service frequency needs to change. A change is not approved until we confirm it in writing; it may require a revised quote or a different delivery plan.
Cancellation requests must also be sent directly to us before the scheduled service. Any cancellation charge, refund, or amount still due will depend on the order terms and work already performed or committed.
We will explain applicable charges when confirming a booking or cancellation. Weather, road access, site restrictions, or other conditions outside our control may affect timing.
If a delay or change becomes necessary, we will contact the customer using the details provided and discuss available options. Do not assume a voicemail or unconfirmed request changes the booking.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment Approval
Indiana Toilet Pros prepares quotes using the information supplied about the event, including dates, location, equipment, access, and requested servicing. A quote describes the work and charges included at the time it is issued; it is not a confirmation of service until we accept the order and confirm availability.
The quote or order will state when payment is due and any accepted payment arrangements. No price or financing offer is implied by these terms.
Customers must review the quote and raise questions before approving it. If the event needs additional units, extra visits, a different placement, or other work beyond the approved scope, we will explain any added charge and seek approval before proceeding when practical.
Changes are not included in the original amount unless confirmed in writing. Charges may also be affected by site conditions or access that differ materially from the information provided.
Payment is due according to the confirmed order. Contact us promptly if a billing detail appears incorrect so we can review it.
Service Quality and Warranty Limits
Indiana Toilet Pros will perform the work described in the accepted order with reasonable care. These terms do not establish a separate workmanship warranty, a guaranteed service duration, or coverage for a particular event condition.
Any warranty or service commitment that applies must be stated in writing in the quote, order confirmation, or another document agreed to by both parties. If no written warranty is provided, the service is governed by the specific scope and schedule confirmed for the booking, along with rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Please inspect the placement and reported work when practical, and contact us promptly if something appears inconsistent with the order. We will review the concern and explain any available next steps.
A claim may not be covered if the issue results from misuse, damage by others, unsafe or blocked access, site conditions outside our control, or work changed or performed by someone else. No informal statement should be treated as a promise of coverage unless confirmed in writing by Indiana Toilet Pros.
Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses
Customers are responsible for accurate event details, lawful site access, required permissions, and conditions they control. Indiana Toilet Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage or hazards, inaccurate instructions, or delays caused by blocked access, unsafe conditions, severe weather, or actions of other parties.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim related to the affected service is limited to the amount paid or payable for that service. This limit does not apply where applicable law prohibits it, including liability that cannot legally be waived.
Our work does not replace the customer’s responsibility to comply with applicable requirements. Depending on the site and activity, these may include the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, OSHA sanitation rules at 29 CFR 1926.51 and 29 CFR 1910.141, IDEM wastewater disposal rules, and Indiana State Plumbing Code, 675 IAC 16.
Porter County permits may apply to an event, while City of Portage requirements depend on the location and activity. Confirm requirements with the relevant authority.

Michael Turner
Service Expert at Indiana Toilet Pros
I started in portable sanitation work in the Portage area, where event schedules, site access, and changing weather can make restroom planning harder than it looks. I built this company to help local organizers choose the right units and plan delivery, servicing, and pickup around the way their sites actually operate.
